  • Functional Movement Screening (FMS), a screening tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries in seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain complaint or known musculoskeletal injury. These movement patterns are designed to provide observable performance of basic locomotor, manipulative and stabilizing movements by placing an individual in extreme positions where weaknesses and imbalances become noticeable if appropriate mobility and motor control is not utilized
  • Body Composition Measurements and Assessments – is an important objective measurement that gives your team and yourself a clear understanding of where you are at physically, as it pertains to your: Weight, Body Fat %, Muscle Mass, Hydration Levels, Metabolism and Bust/Waist/Hip Measurements
  • Premier ALCAT Test
  • Baseline blood test that is objective and comprehensive for determining food sensitivity and food intolerance. It’s important to individualize nutrition plans. Not one size fits all. By testing Alcat, you can pinpoint what is causing inflammation instead of guessing. We don’t guess what someone’s blood sugar or cholesterol are, we test. Good health starts in the gut. Start with healing the gut with supplements and removing the items causing inflammation. Why eliminate entire food groups when the food group might not be the problem. It could be a spice, or even something that would be traditionally healthy for us
  • Bi-monthly Nutrition Coaching and Education – Research shows that knowledge alone does not promote change; but when nutrition is added into the equation, change is likely to occur
  • Bi-weekly health and life coaching sessions – a conversational process that helps facilitate healthy, sustainable behavior change by challenging the you to listen to your inner wisdom and identify your values, and transform your goals into action
  • 10 Personal Training sessions a month – We will motivate you by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. We will utilize your fitness assessment results to create the program that is specifically tailored to you.We will help you improve your exercise behavior patterns, improve perceptual benefit-to-concern ratio for exercise (decisional balance), and increase confidence to choose exercise in the face of other time demands
  • One Year Fitness membership – including unlimited classes, usage of gym, sauna, steam and locker rooms
  • 1 per month of Massage/Bodywork Session to compliment your fitness and wellness program
  • Medical Oversight:
  • Advocate, if necessary support you at your physicals with your Primary Care Physician and provide recommendations
  • Ensure you have accurate files of your Medical Records for yourself and your Primary Care Physician
